Aisenberg Immigration Law is led by Lucas Aisenberg. Mr. Aisenberg was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Houston, Texas as a child. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, he attended law school at St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. As a law student, Mr. Aisenberg interned at Catholic Legal Services, assisting the team in the representation of detained clients in their removal proceedings before the detained and non-detained Miami-area Immigration Courts.

After obtaining his license as an attorney, Mr. Aisenberg moved to New York, NY to work in the Unaccompanied Minors Program at Catholic Charities Community Services. At Catholic Charities, Mr. Aisenberg represented detained minors and non-detained individuals living in New York in their applications for asylum and special immigrant juvenile status, among other forms of relief such as U visas (victims of crimes) and T visas (victims of trafficking). At Catholic Charities, Mr. Aisenberg practiced before the New York and Newark Asylum Offices and the various Immigration Courts in the area.

Mr. Aisenberg became a Clinical Supervising Attorney at the University of Houston Law Center Immigration Clinic in July 2021, where he provided representation to clinic clients and supervision to law students, tailoring the services to the needs of the underserved immigrant community of Houston. At the Immigration Clinic, Mr. Aisenberg practiced before the Houston-area Immigration Courts, the Houston Asylum Office, and represented clients in various stages of federal litigation. Additionally, Mr. Aisenberg represented victims of crimes, trafficking, and/or domestic violence in their applications for immigration relief.

In 2023, Mr. Aisenberg founded Aisenberg Immigration Law, an immigration law firm based out of Houston, Texas. We are determined to provide exceptional immigration services to our community, while offering personalized strategies best tailored to obtain the desired results of the people and families we represent.
